Advertising links may include click identifiers. Our site stores Google advertising identifiers and the initial landing page in browser local storage and uses them for attribution for up to 90 days after capture. Browser storage may remain until replaced or cleared, but expired identifiers are not used by our attribution code.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm service availability, plan and provide installations, communicate about projects, maintain customer records, protect our website, and understand which advertising produces inquiries and customers. Where you have opted in, we may also send promotional communications.

Service providers and information sharing

We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website and HighLevel / LeadConnector to receive quote requests and manage leads and customer communications. Information may be processed by service providers performing hosting, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, and customer-management services for us. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell your contact details to lead brokers. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers that help deliver our communications may process this information to perform that service.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand website activity and measure advertising results, including successful quote submissions. Google may use cookies and similar technologies and receive information about your browser, device, and activity. We may report subsequent lead outcomes to advertising providers to measure campaign effectiveness.

If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta collects your information under its own policies and shares your submitted details with us. We use those details to respond to your request. When Meta conversion tracking is enabled, we may send lead identifiers, contact matching information, and lead or booking outcomes to Meta to measure and improve advertising. Your choices and requests

You may decline to provide optional information, although we need sufficient details to respond to a quote request. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage; doing so may affect site functionality and measurement. Browser controls do not necessarily prevent server-side processing of information you submit.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask us to stop promotional contact, email [email protected]. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for contracts, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link and reply STOP to text messages to opt out.

Retention and security

We keep information as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including responding to inquiries, providing services, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure.

Children and external websites
